I loved the idea of encapsulating your placenta. I’m so happy I decided to have Melanie do this for me! I am 3 months postpartum and so far, I can tell a big difference in my mood. I don’t feel as depressed/ anxiety ridden . I am able to sleep when baby sleeps.also I have had a great recovery process . Done bleeding , and feeling back to normal . Highly recommend!
